Field Support Representative


SCHEDULE: Tues – Sat; 9am–6pm
LOCATION: Tulsa Corporate
REPORTS TO: Field Support Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY
Field Support Representatives work with Field Technicians during
new installations and service tickets to verify alarm signals are
received and/or working properly, and work with branch sales reps
in building and scheduling jobs.


 

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prompt and predictable attendance is a basic requirement.
• Verify all alarm signals are received.
• Perform preliminary data entry on all customer accounts
• Update customer call list and emergency numbers as needed.
• Have ability to multi-task and pay strict attention to detail in a
fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to individual caller needs.
• Take and process payment upon installation.
• Resolve call-in questions from dealers when they arise.
• Perform quality work within deadlines and with minimal
supervision.
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and
suppliers.
• Assist with all other tasks as needed or assigned.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Follow all safety requirements and maintain a safe working
environment at all times.
• Have or qualify for an alarm monitoring license.
• Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated in fast-paced MAS
environment.
• Must possess the ability to view and operate computer
equipment up to 8 hours daily.
