The Relationship Banker offers personal banker and teller services, filling in when required or in the absence of staff. They are proficient in the Bank’s various products and services to help ensure customer satisfaction when addressing banking needs. Collaborative teamwork is a key expectation, and the Relationship Banker is required to uphold courteous and professional communication with both teammates and customers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrate proficient use of a personal computer
- Type at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
- Strong math skills
- Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Working knowledge of banking and/or retail operations and services
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday – Friday with rotating shifts of 7:45AM - 4:30PM and 8:30AM - 5:15PM. Hours vary depending on business needs.
