We're hiring full-time Customer Service Reps for INBOUND phone and emailsupport across multiple shifts! You will report to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. Join our team at 1150 W Grove Pkwy, Tempe, AZ 85283.
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus*
*Bonus paid in three installments of $200 at 60 days, $300 at 120 days, and $500at 180 days. Team members must be employed at the time of payout. Bonuses offered for a limited time only; additional terms and conditions may apply.

New team members completea 7-week training programand yourfirst 3.5 days will be in our officeand then work from home. You will continue to work from home until further notice. Once a return-to-work plan is established for this facility, you will be provided advanced notice to make arrangements for returning to work on-site.

Build customer relationships and loyalty by responding to a high-volume of INBOUND phone calls and/or emails.
Work in a team-based environment with daily interactions with customers and Sales team members.
Use a computer and multiple computer programs in each call with periods of prolonged sitting (up to 8 hours per day).
Resolve customers' challenges with the best solutions by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, order management, and pricing and invoice discrepancies.
Resolve pricing situations, apply credit, and implement return procedures.
