$10,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus and is full-time-nights at 36 hours per week with full benefits. There is opportunity for overtime and additional shifts if desired.

St. Mary's units include ER, Birthplace, Float pool, Rehab, Med Surg, Same Day Surgery, ICU, PCCU, Behavioral Health, OR, and Cardiac Cath. St. Mary's is a 229-bed, acute care hospital located in Enid, OK. St. Mary's Regional Medical Center has served the healthcare needs of northwest Oklahoma for more than 100 years. We host more than 125 highly skilled physicians offering specialties in Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Women's Imaging, Wound Care, and more.

Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Job Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited respiratory program with at least an Associate's Degree.
  • Current Oklahoma RCP license or Provisional letter required until Board meets as designated on the letter.
  • NBRC Registered (RRT) credentials required and maintained per NBRC.
  • BLS required until ACLS obtained.
  • ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment and annual re-certification required.
  • PALS certification required within 6 months of employment and annual re-certification required.
  • TEAM-de-escalation training required within 6 months of hire.
  • NRP is preferred.
  • Healthcare Provider Law reviewed and signed within first 14 days of employment required. Annual review through HS Learning required thereafter.
  • Some clinical experience preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Typing and basic computer skills required
