The ideal candidate has the primary responsibility of instruction in the classroom, clinical, and lab setting while planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating Nursing curriculum.
In addition to teaching responsibilities, this position will support at-risk nursing student by conducting success workshops and other activities geared toward student success.
This is a Safety Sensitive position pursuant to Oklahoma Statute OKLA. STAT. tit. 63, * 427.8 (2020).
Master's degree in Nursing required.
Hold a valid, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.
Evidence of current practice with a minimum of two years full-time equivalent as an RN in a clinical setting preceding employment as a teacher.
Philosophy compatible with that of a comprehensive urban community college.
Salary commensurate with education and experience.
