Our Internal Medicine Clinic is a teaching facility. We provide care for sick people and well visits. We over primary care to our patients. The clinic has a mix of Nurses and Medical Assistants working as a team. A great deal of our staff is tenured. We are seeking engaged candidate to join our team!
Elevate your career with OU Health's LPN to BSN Degree Acceleratorprogram through the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing,designed to empower Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to seamlesslytransition to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. We shoulderthe financial responsibility, covering costs for LPNs in the LPN to BSN RNprogram, which offers asynchronous classes, Oklahoma-based clinicalrotations, and internet-based coursework to accommodate workingnurses. This flexible hybrid program, spanning 60 credit hours, blends 30credit hours from advanced standing examination and 30 from programenrollment, providing an accessible pathway for LPNs to enhance theireducation and professional growth within the nursing field.
This benefit is available to those OU Health Employees who:
Are Full-Time and Part-Time (0.6 or more FTE) LPNemployees
Have been continuously employed by OU Health for aminimum of 6 months
Have a minimum of 1 year LPN experience
All those admitted to the program must remain employed by OUHealth through program completion.

Education: Completion of educational requirements for NCLEX-PN examination.
Experience: None required. One or more years of experience preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Current LPN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact LPN License (eNLC) required. Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
