Join our Nuclear Service Group as an Engineering Site Lead at the North Anna Nuclear Power Plant in Mineral, VA, where you'll be at the forefront of critical tasks. From preparing design change packages and leading meetings to interacting with the client and ENERCON offices on a daily basis, your role is pivotal in ensuring project success.
Our Nuclear Service Group is seeking an Engineering Site Lead for North Anna Nuclear Power Plant location in Mineral, VA.
- Coordinate attendance at design review meetings
- Coordinate site deliverable reviews and approvals
- Perform/assist with walk-downs and data gathering
- Track project schedules and resource loading
- Perform pre-job safety briefs
- Develop/identify new business opportunities
- Lead weekly client interface/project status meetings and providing other on-site support, as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering (related degrees or experience will be considered)
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in nuclear power or heavy industry
- Strong communication skills
- Project Management experience beneficial
- Design Engineering or field experience beneficial
- Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policies
- Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
