**$Annual Salary plus $7K Program Premium for Clinical Supervisor position.

The Clinical Supervisor position works collaboratively with program director and is responsible for ensuring quality service and high professional standards by demonstrating advanced clinical practice, providing clinical supervision and case consultation, developing a continuous learning environment, disseminating evidence based practice, developing self and employees for success and high performance, leading quality performance initiatives
Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision both during shift change and when requested by staff. This includes availability by phone 24/7, which will be shared with the Program Director. This supervision creates a context for the ongoing learning of assessment of risk and protective factors, identification of appropriate clinical pathways, COPES' intervention, and assuring the continued quality of crisis services.
