The Marketing CMO Office is seeking a Strategic Marketing Programs Lead with a proven track record of developing winning strategic & operating frameworks that drive business impact. This is an ideal role for a data-driven program leader who has built transformative programs and repeatable processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Program Model Leadership

• Develop the strategic & execution marketing frameworks that guide how our organization drives results.
• Own process documentation and document sharing strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and integration of marketing efforts.
• Own the marketing roadmap planning and prioritization process.
• Mentor other team members in industry best practices and trends.
• Obtain buy-in and alignment on frameworks.

Analysis

• Use data-driven insights and market research to identify opportunities and support decision-making for marketing programs.
• Leverage OKRs to assess effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Change Management & Communications

• Develop our change management framework, including communications templates and training.
• Report on program status and results to executives and program stakeholders.

Who You Are

• 8+ years experience as a marketing program strategist in a B2B software technology company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from holistic strategic programs to detailed data
• Stellar cross-functional partner, who contributes positively to our culture and the growth of our team.
• Strong self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to various stakeholders.
• Creative and critical thinking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with program management tools, such as Smartsheet, Wrike, or Workfront.
• BS/BA degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or technology.

Minimum Salary: $142,500.00

Maximum Salary:$218,500.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $142,500.00 and $218,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
