Your Opportunity + Impact
The Navy Market Program Lead will be responsible for implementing and managing Larson Design Group's (LDG) strategy for growth and success in the marketing and positioning of the company with the U.S. Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and related clients. This National leadership position will involve close partnership and coordination with LDG's Executive Leadership Team, Federal Business Development and Operations staff and other key Senior Leadership across the U.S. This individual will develop and be responsible for the development and implementation of the Navy strategic business plan to expand the firm's services in support of the built environment. This will include identifying and aggressively pursuing and developing new market opportunities as well as expanding existing relationships within the marketplace.
The successful candidate will drive relationship advancement with key clients including national large and small business contractors, A/E partners and concessionaires, and identify specific project opportunities as well as support proposal development. Post contract/project award, expectations are that the individual may be involved in contract/scope negotiations and work plan development.
