THE ROLE: Engineer

Job Summary:

Presidio is seeking a Delivery Engineer focused on Microsoft-related technology for the National Digital Workspace Team. As a Delivery Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for meeting with Presidio's customers, collecting requirements for infrastructure solutions relating to end-user computing projects, and delivering technical solutions for Presidio customers.

Travel Requirements:

May require up to 5% travel

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical delivery support for Presidio Account Managers and Solutions Architects to deliver solution proposals for customers based on their technical and business requirements.
• Act as a primary point of contact with the customer for all technical issues during the all post-sales phases including addressing design and proposed integration concerns.
• Interface with internal cross-functional teams and external third-party vendors to ensure on-time delivery of technical solutions to customers and accuracy of designed solution.
• Continually provide input on enhancing internal post-sales processes and develop new processes to create a more efficient workflow.
• Remain current on the latest technologies that align to our business initiatives.
• Conduct research on technical details and specifications to assist with designs and customer inquiries.
• Create high-level solution drawings (Visio)
• Continually pursue knowledge on latest trends, product releases and vendor offerings
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Intune - Must be solid in Intune, Autopilot, and troubleshooting.
  • Windows Defender
  • Intune Autopilot Roll out.
  • Intune Certificate Roll out from PKI integration with NDES.(User and device certificates).
  • Group Policy Migration to Intune mapping
  • Conditional Access
• Purview - implementation, troubleshooting.
• Azure
• Office 365
  • EntraID (Azure AD Connect) implementation is a must.
  • Understanding and troubleshooting mail flow.
  • Active Directory - Management of objects related to Office 365.
  • Office 365 Hybrid
  • Capable of performing assessments and implementation of best practices from findings.

Additional Desired Skills:

• (The position has an expectation of general knowledge and ability to speak to the entire Office 365 Suite of services, and on premises related products.)
• Additional experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest ODM, Microsoft ADFS, Microsoft AD, Microsoft PKI is highly desirable, and to some level expected.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present solutions to customers, respond to RFP/RFQ's, and to develop strong written proposals.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience working with Office 365 SaaS services such as Exchange, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and One Drive for Business, as well as Azure AD SSO/SAML
