The Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of one or more of the following entities: The Children's Place at IBMC, Fun & Fit, and The Children's Place at ISMC.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development, Elementary Education or related field required
• Oklahoma Director's Credential or documentation of all requirements needed to meet Oklahoma Director's Credential
• Leadership experience in early childhood or school age setting
• Teaching experience in group setting
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
