Job Description

This position uses knowledge of County/State regulations and guidelines for the purpose of lien release processing. The Release Supervisor will assist Release Specialists with their day-to-day release document processing The Release Supervisor will assist in determining reasons for release rejections and in preparing necessary corrective documents. The Release Supervisor will be responsible for processing, and responding to, daily email requests. The Release Supervisor will assist the Release Manager, as needed, as well as complete any additional assigned tasks.

Compensation for this position will be $20.00 hourly with a H&W rate.

Qualifications

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programs inclusive of, but not limited to, Excel, Word, and Outlook. The ability to type a minimum of 45wpm is required.
