Join our team as an day shift, full-time Pharmacist working in our Emergency Department (ED) in Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities
Provide pharmaceutical care for patients of all ages, from infancy to geriatric.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Current license to practice pharmacy in Oklahoma
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Active membership in American Society of Health-System Pharmacists
Preferred Job Requirements
- Three (3) years hospital clinical pharmacy experience and/or postgraduate year one pharmacy residency
- Graduate of college of pharmacy accredited by ACPE or equivalent - PharmD
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification
- Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
