The Specialty Asset Analyst II provides operational support along with research and problem solving services under general supervision, in the administration of a substantial & complex portfolio within a given segment of non-financial assets, i.e. life insurance, minerals, notes and mortgages, real estate, and closely-held businesses. Works with Specialty Asset Managers to partner with Account Officers, Portfolio Managers, and external professionals to provide comprehensive solutions to complex customer needs throughout the United States.

- You will research the status and ownership ofoil and gas assets and maintain this information in anoil and gas asset management database.
- You will interact with business partners, department staff, clients, andthird-party professionals in the oil and gas industry. This could includeowner relations, landmen, and regulatory officials.
- You will provide both basic and complex administrative support toSpecialty Asset Managers responsible for Oil and Gas portfolios.
- You will monitoraccounts payable and receivable and oversee fee processing. This includes trackingroyalty payments, lease payments, and expenses.
- You will reviewoil and gas title documentation, leases, deeds, and other notesto draft conveyance documents and other real estate instruments. This includes ensuring compliance withoil and gas regulations and contractual obligations.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of at least an Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent and 2-3 years operations experience, preferably within a trust, legal or investment environment or 5-6 years equivalent experience and/or training.
