Who We Are:
The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing the branch's retail operations and day-to-day functions. This role may involve directly managing all or a portion of the retail staff and their related duties. Responsibilities also include ensuring top-notch customer service, encompassing tasks such as opening new accounts, conducting teller services, offering information to customers, and resolving any banking issues. Additionally, the Assistant Branch Manager is expected to collaborate effectively, maintaining polite and professional communication with both colleagues and customers.

Schedule
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week which are scheduled at the discretion of the supervisor. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work. Hours vary depending on business needs.
