Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient and residential treatment services for ages 5-17. Our treatment programs provide a structured and supportive treatment environment that promotes self-acceptance and helps stabilize patients suffering from acute psychiatric illness. Our multidisciplinary treatment teams consist of psychiatrists, licensed therapists and highly specialized nurses who collaborate to develop and implement effective and compassionate treatment plans for our patients. The Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT), under the supervision of the Clinical Services Director, provides individual, family, and group therapy to meet caseload requirements for patients. Responsible for developing and writing admission assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries within established time frames and formats. Is a liaison with families, outside agencies, and referral sources. Responsible for assessment, design, structure, and implementation of therapy services to best meet the needs of patients and families.

• Licensed Masters level therapist or social worker (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or under supervision for license Required
• Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an in-patient setting
• Current certification or licensure by the State of Oklahoma (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT), or under supervision pursuing licensure for LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, Required

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Successfully complete a drug test
• Successfully pass a national background check
• Physical agility to manage patients
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong Computer skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Leadership skills
• Exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent/aggressive behavior
• Potential for exposure to communicable diseases, blood/body fluids and other hazardous waste
