Job Summary
- Deliver excellent service to patients.
- Responsible for serving the trays to patients in a professional, efficient manner within Room Service policy and procedures, while performing a variety of functions vital for room service operations.
- Assemble meal trays.
- Communicate patient requests/needs to Room service center and/or coordinate.
- Promptly deliver trays and verifying patient identification.
- Perform stocking and cleaning duties.
Qualifications
Education
- Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
- Perform basic math skills and read/write
Experience
- Prefer previous customer service experience.
(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of educvation and exerience).
Licensure/Certification
- Must obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health Department before hire or within 1 week of start date.
