Description

Provide skilled secretarial and administrative support to leadership and clinical team. Serve as the central point of communication for hospital discharge planners and other community partners, assist with scheduling for hospital discharges, provide referrals to F&CS specialty programs as appropriate, and coordinate with internal department to ensure consumers receive seamless transitions in care. Monitors office process and procedures and works with supervisor to create efficiencies. Provide back-up support for front desk and administrative assistants as needed.

Requirements Requires prior administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a behavioral health or hospital based setting. Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM. Requires ability to work with the public, ability to maintain professionalism at all times and ability to maintain confidentiality. Advanced Microsoft office skills required. Must possess a drivers License and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
