Working at a high-end Golf Club, the Turnhouse employee works closely with the Venue Supervisor to maintain member and guest relations.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Turn House Attendant is responsible for providing beverage and food services to golf course members and guests on and in the areas nearest to the golf course. This position requires great customer service with some cooking, food, and beverage experience. Assures satisfaction by resolving complaints and other opportunities that may arise. Motivate & inspire daily. Responsible for creating a collaborative, positive, up-beat environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Venue setup, stocking, and food prepping
  • Maintaining a clean work area
  • Greeting guests and members in a polite and personalized manner
  • Respecting the golfers limited time.
  • Preparing food and drinks in a timely manner
  • Processing guests' payment
  • Check daily to assure there are no Pop-up Golf Groups or Special events you are not aware of.
  • Check with the Pro Shop on number of golfers and tee times for the next day and any groups that may be scheduled to arrive.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to lift 25 pounds
  • Must be able to work during the weekdays, weekends, and Holidays
  • Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (required)
  • Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions for long periods of time
  • Previous F&B server experience
  • Must have an outgoing, friendly personality
  • Must have courteous manners with co-workers, members, and guests
  • Candidates must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license & have a clean driving record
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be Punctual, meticulous, and reliable
  • Must be organized and able to calmly handle situations in a fast-paced environment.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    • Work schedules will vary depending on business.
    • Employee is considered Part time seasonal, 25 plus hours per week.
    • Employee is on a 90-day trial.
    • Employee may be required to stand & or sit for long periods of time.

    To maintain a positive guest and associate experience, your work habits should always meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance. You should be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures with a willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones, can solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something.

    Safety & Security:

    The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
