APRN, RNFA needed for Cardiothoracic Surgery Assoc. located in the Heart Plaza on the Norman Regional Healthplex Campus. This position is listed at a full-time positon but we are willing to discuss a part-time position for the right candidate. • Provides comprehensive cardiothoracic surgery-related healthcare under the supervision of a cardiothoracic surgeon.
• With physician oversight, the APRN, RNFA provides assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for cardiothoracic surgery patients, to include outpatient office care, a "surgical assist" role, and hospital rounding.
• Must be experienced in endoscopic vein harvesting and all cardiothoracic procedures to include EVAR and TAVR.
• Must be on call for emergency surgical cases every other week, Mon thru Sun.
• No weekend rounding is required at this time.

Education

• Masters Degree in Nursing, RNFA certificate.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience assisting on cardiothoracic surgeries to include endoscopic vein harvesting, vascular surgery, lung surgery, EVAR and TAVR.

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)

Licensure/Certification

• Current Oklahoma APRN License.

Compensation/Benefits

• $48.20-$78.73/hr depending on previous work experience.
