Our Cardiopulmonary Rehab team is dedicated to improving the lives of our patients through nutritional and wellness education, while guiding them through fitness therapy set to their individual needs and goals.

• Educating pulmonary and cardiac patients regarding disease processes, medications, symptom management, risk factor modifications, coping skills, lifestyle changes and cardiopulmonary rehab programs
• Analyzing assessment data, developing individualized treatment plans, evaluating responses to interventions, collaborating with the health-care team and preparing patient for discharge to optimize outcomes
• Working with aerobic exercise equipment, performing 6-minute walk tests, Futrex BMI measurements
• Knowledge of and adherence to evidence-based best practice models according to CMS and AACVPR guidelines
• Involves both inpatient and outpatient patient care.

• Associates degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required prior to providing patient care and maintained throughout duration of employment.
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) is required within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout duration of employment.
• Previous experience in acute care working with patients experiencing cardiac and pulmonary disease preferred.
• Good communication and computer skills.
