What you will do:

Cloud engineers are responsible for the operation and maintenance of all FMSystems technology infrastructure that is deployed into all environments within the chosen public cloud provider for said infrastructure.

How you will do it:

  • Participate in the Agile process with cross-functional development teams.

  • Maintain Infrastructure, deployments, etc.

  • System Maintenance (Patching, Updates, Upgrades, etc.).

  • Support escalated customer requests.

  • Share knowledge with other Systems Engineers, Infrastructure and Software Engineers, etc.

  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support the technology infrastructure.

  • Configure and maintain monitoring, reporting, and alerting for FM Systems products.

  • Infrastructure roadmap input; growth, evolution etc.

  • Maintain and update infrastructure as code.

  • Root cause analysis of system issues.

What we look for:

  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZENSHIP LIVING IN THE US.

  • Combination of 3+ Years experience with systems administration and/or infrastructure operations experience.

  • BS degree or equivalent experience.

  • Best practices for networking and security.

  • 1+ years of public cloud experience - AWS Preferred.

  • Deep Operational Windows Server experience.

  • Version control (GitHub).

  • Monitoring tools (NewRelic etc.).
