Underwrite quality SBA 7a and SBA 504 loan applications to comply with SBA guidelines. Exercise sound credit underwriting skills to recommend a credit decision including SBA eligibility. Maintain working knowledge of the bank's lending policies and procedures of a range of loan types including, but not limited to, SBA loans and owner occupied commercial real estate loans.
